Oakridge Plantation on Daufuskie has the best beach in the Southeast. Period. Oceanfront lots list from $1,240,000, second row prices start at $499,000, and the estate lots when occasionally listed sell in the mid to upper $200,000 range. Access to Oakridge is from the Melrose Ferry, private boat, and owners who are also members at Haig Point can utilize the private Haig Point ferry system and water taxi.
