Suzanna Rose McDonald

Having grown up on Hilton Head Island with a father who owned several real estate brokerage firms for most of life, Suzanna Rose has watched Hilton Head and Bluffton's growth over the last 30+ years in amazement. She combines an ample aesthetic eye due to her 10+ years in multiple facets of the New York luxury retail fashion on the Merchandising and Construction sides, as well as in the publishing industries. This aides her well in assisting clients with remodels, and updates to their vacation rental homes. This combined with her love of contractual law and local politics, both of which she studied in her minor at The University of Georgia, both academically and working for law firms as an intern in Athens, GA and then in an administrative freelance role while in Manhattan , give clients an agent who is astute in negotiations and creativity. Suzanna Rose would love to assist you with any type of real estate you would like to own. She sells and rents short and long term residential, has sold and leased restaurants and commercial buildings, and has worked closely with Realtor teams in commercial developments. Suzanna Rose co-founded the local chapter of the Young Professionals group for the HHAR, served on the Board of Directors for three years for the local chapter of the NAR, is currently on the state chapter of the Compliance Committee for the National Association of Realtors, and served for two years as chair and co-chair for the local chapter's Legislative Committee.
