Seven miles from the bridge to Hilton Head Island, Rose Hill Plantation is located in Bluffton. This 1,700-acre private community has an "equestrian side" and a "golf course side." The homes of the estate equestrian side are built on gracious 2 to 3 acre lots near a fully equipped equestrian center, polo fields, and riding trails.

Polo matches are held at Rose Hill Plantation in April and November, traditionally spectators enjoy tailgating while they watch the matches.
